With proper physical conditioning
you can re-train your body to overcome its natural tendencies
and compensations resulting in lower scores, longer drives, and
reduced injuries. The gold conditioning program is based upon
the concept of building strength while simultaneously increasing
stability, flexibility, balance and core control: all the
elements proven to be essential for a great swing and more
enjoyable golf.
The program begins with a golf
specific body assessment to test for physical limitations, which
could hinder your swing. Second we watch as you receive a
lesson with your professional golf instructor to better
understand what he/she wants from your swing, and finally we
design a program that can be done in your home, office, or gym
to correct the imbalances. The program will be specific to each
golfer depending on their personal needs.
Nothing takes the place of skill,
however in order to perform the skills correctly you have to
have the right tools. While everyone is worried about golf club
and ball technology your body is still the most important tool
you have. If you get your body in proper condition you will
play better regardless of equipment.
